325.00gCastor sugar
5.00mlVanilla extract / essence
2.00pcEggs, large (class A)
125.00mlMilk, UHT (1 liter packs)
125.00mlMEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml
  750ml Cake Flour
5.00mlBaking powder
30.00mlROBERTSONS Cinnamon 6 x 600g 
  75ml Sugar
  125ml Assorted nuts chopped

Preparation

1. With electric mixer beat butter until light &
creamy.
2. Add sugar, vanilla and continue to beat until
light & fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs and then milk.
4. Sift flour and baking powder into mixture.
Mix well.
5. Stir in nuts.
6. Preheat oven to 180 deg cel.
7. Grease 2 baking sheets.
8. Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
9. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough and place 2
inches apart on baking sheet.
10.Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
