400.00mlMilk, fresh
4.00pcEgg white (35g)
  GANACHE
500.00gBaker's chocolate
500.00gMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients together and blend for 5
minutes on high.
2. Bake in two greased cake tins for 35 minutes
at 180 deg cel.
3. Melt chocolate and cream together, set in
fridge for half an hour.
4. Once cake has cooled down sandwich together
with ganache and ice cake with ganache too.
Decorate accordingly.
