Bacon, Egg & Blue Cheese Muffins

| 250g Blue Cheese crumbled | ||
| 12.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Mixed Herbs 6 x 200g |
| 250.00 | ml | Milk, fresh |
| 250.00 | g | MEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml |
Preparation
1. Grease muffin pan.
2. Cook bacon in, stirring until crisp, drain & cool.
3. Sift flour into mixing bowl, rub in butter.
4. Add bacon, egg, cheese, mixed herbs, sour
creme and milk until soft sticky dough.
5. Spoon mixture into cup cake holders in muffin
pan and bake at 180 deg cel for 15 min.
