Bacon, Egg & Blue Cheese Muffins

90.00gMARVELLO Full Fat Spread 12.5kg 
2.00pcEggs, large (class A) hard boiled
  250g Blue Cheese crumbled
12.00mlROBERTSONS Mixed Herbs 6 x 200g 
250.00mlMilk, fresh
250.00gMEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml

Preparation

1. Grease muffin pan.
2. Cook bacon in, stirring until crisp, drain & cool.
3. Sift flour into mixing bowl, rub in butter.
4. Add bacon, egg, cheese, mixed herbs, sour
creme and milk until soft sticky dough.
5. Spoon mixture into cup cake holders in muffin
pan and bake at 180 deg cel for 15 min.
