Tofffe Apple Pull-Apart

Preparation
1. Grease 22cm round cake pan.
2. Sift flour into mixing bowl, rub in butter.
3. Add sour cream and milk and mix into a sticky
dough.
4. Turn dough onto floured surface, knead until
smooth. Roll dough onto floured baking
paper 21cmx40cm rectangular.
5. Sprinkle dough with sugar, spread with apples
and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
6. Using the paper to guide, roll up like a swiss
roll. Use a flour serrated knife to cut roll into
12 slices. Place 11 upright around the edge
of the pan and the last 1 in the centre.
7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 deg cel.
8. Brush with hot sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
9. Combine on stove until boiled, pour over while
hot.
