Easy Short Bread Biscuits
Ingredients (16 pieces)

| 200.00 | g | Flour, white sifted |
| 60.00 | g | Castor sugar |
| 125.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine ,softened |
| 2.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg |
| 5.00 | ml | Vanilla extract / essence |
Preparation
1. Cream softened marvello, sugar and vanilla together until light and fluffy.
2. Add flour, salt and mix together to form a soft dough.
3. Press dough evenly into a greased baking tray.
4. Prick with fork and bake at 160 deg cel fro 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Dust with little more castor sugar, cut into fingers and allow to cool.
