Banana And Cinnamon Muffins

| 5.00 | ml | Baking soda, bicarbonate |
| 5.00 | ml | Baking powder |
| 375.00 | g | Flour, white |
| 80.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
| 1.00 | pc | Eggs, large (class A) |
| 200.00 | ml | Castor sugar |
| 4.00 | pc | Bananas fully riped, mashed |
Preparation
Combine bananas, sugar and eggs.
Add in melted Marvello Full Fat Margarine.
In a separate bowl sift remaining ingredients.
Add banana mixture to flour and mix lightly until just combined.
Spoon into greased muffin pans
Sprinkle a little brown sugar and a pinch of Robertson’s Cinnamon on each muffin.
Bake at 180ºC for about 15- 20 minutes
Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.
Option to add chopped pecan nuts.
