| 500.00 | ml | Cream |
| 10.00 | g | Capers in can, extra fine |
| 80.00 | ml | Kalamata Olives (pitted) |
| 4.00 | pc | Chicken Breasts (strips) |
| 15.00 | ml | Honey |
| 15.00 | ml | Lemon juice, fresh pressed |
| 15.00 | ml | Fresh Oreganum (chopped finely) |
| Salt and black pepper to taste | ||

Preparation
Creamy Tomato Pronto and Chicken Penne
Place KNORR Tomato Pronto in a blender with the ice-cream, capers and olives
Blend until smooth and set aside
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan
Add the chicken strips and brown, but do not cook through
Add the KNORR Tomato Pronto mixture and bring to the boil
When the chicken is cooked through, add the honey, lemon juice, oreganum, and seasoning
Keep warm on low heat
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente
Strain and serve chicken sauce over penne.
