Seared Tuna Topped with Marinated Mussels & Tzatziki

| 12.00 | pc | Half-shell mussels |
| FOR THE TZATZIKI: | ||

| 1.00 | pc | Cucumbers (use half) |
| 125.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml |
Preparation
1. Place tuna steaks and mussels into a glass dish.
2. Cover with marinade and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat an oiled griddle pan. Cook fish on both sides until browned. 4. Place mussels onto griddle pan and allow to steam in the shell for 3 minutes.
5. Make the tzatziki by finely grating the cucumber, and adding chopped garlic and sour cream.
6. Place the tuna on a plate, top with a spoonful of tzatziki, and finish with the mussels.
