Grilled Line Fish with Asparagus and Mustard Sauce

| Garde d or UHT Musatrd Sauce 400g | ||
| 20.00 | ml | KNORR Lemon Juice 6 x 2L |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g |
Preparation
1.Portion fish into 200g pieces; leave the skin on, score and season with salt and pepper. 2.Sear in a griddle pan skin side down then remove and finish in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180°C.
3.Fry the asparagus in the same griddle pan with a little marvello and season to taste.
4.Heat the UHT mustard sauce with the lemon juice and stir through. Serve with the fish
