350.00mlWater
100.00gMEADOWLAND Sour 10 x 500ml

Preparation

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onoins and crushed garlic until golden.
2. Add the meat in batches and grey on medium heat until browned.
3. Return all the meat to the pan and add the paprika, hearty beef soup and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
4. Stir in the tomato puree, red wine and water and bring to the boil, stirring.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer covered for 2 hours.
6. Adjust seasoning and top wuth a dollop of Meadowland Sour Creme.
