Mrs Balls Chutney and Parmesan Crust

| 80.00 | g | Parmesan Cheese Powder |
| 1.00 | pc | Pork fillet |
Preparation
1. Seal the Fillet on a flat top until well sealed.
2. Mix together the parmesan and Mrs Balls chutney.
3. Place the moist mixture on the fillet and bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
When resting, the crust will harden slightly.
