30.00mlMRS BALLS Chutney Original 2 x 6.25kg 
80.00gParmesan Cheese Powder
1.00pcPork fillet

Preparation

1. Seal the Fillet on a flat top until well sealed.
2. Mix together the parmesan and Mrs Balls chutney.
3. Place the moist mixture on the fillet and bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
When resting, the crust will harden slightly.
