Preparation

Marinade
1. Place lamb cubes in mixing bowl.
2. Add yoghurt, saffron, ground cumin, ground coriander and Knorr Peri Peri Marinade
3. Mix to incorporate ingredients well
4. Cover and let meat marinade for ± 1 hour
Cooking
Remove cubes from marinade
1.Heat Marvello till hot in pot and add marinated lamb cubes and fry in batches till browned. Remove from pot and keep aside.
2. Reheat pot and add onions and fry till golden
3. Add garlic, ginger, Robertson all in one, Robertson Cayenne pepper, ground cumin & coriander and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add back meat, Tomato pronto, water and Curry Masala gravy. Bring to boil and simmer till meat soft.
5. When meat is tender add Meadowland Classique and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in chopped fresh coriander
6. Serve with Pilau rice and traditional sambals
