Beef Stew

| Chuck Steak or Stewing Beef Cut into pieces 1.5kg 850g | ||
| 400.00 | g | Potatoes cubed |
| 300.00 | g | Carrots sliced |
| 230.00 | g | Broccoli florets |
| 150.00 | g | KNORR Beef Stroganoff 6 x 928g |
| 325.00 | ml | Water |
| 325.00 | ml | Milk |
| 5.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Mixed Herbs 6 x 200g |
| 4.00 | g | ROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g |
Preparation
1.Sauté Onions in the marvello. Then add Beef and Brown.
2.Then add Potatoes and Water.
3.Make slurry with the milk and the Beef Stroganoff Powder. Slowly add the meal mix mixture to the water and add to the meat mixture
4.Cook for 40 min on a medium heat. Then add the carrots. Cook for a further 15 min.
5.Add the Broccoli, Mixed herb and Parsley
6.Allow to cook for 10 min and serve when the meat is tender.
