250.00gBeef, minced
30.00gKnorrox Savoury Soya Mince 10kg 
200.00mlWater
4.00gROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g 
2.00mlROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g 
200.00gpuff pastry
1.00pcEggs (class extra)

Preparation

1.Sauté onions in marvello. Add mince & allow to fry off, in the mean time add the water to the soya.
2.Once Beef mince is cooked add the soya, Parsley and pepper. Allow to simmer for 5 min.
3.Portion the mince mixture into individual containers and cover with puff pastry. 4.Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
5.Place in the oven for 40min or until golden brown
