Beff & Onion Pie

| 30.00 | g | Knorrox Savoury Soya Mince 10kg |
| 200.00 | ml | Water |
| 4.00 | g | ROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g |
| 2.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g |

Preparation
1.Sauté onions in marvello. Add mince & allow to fry off, in the mean time add the water to the soya.
2.Once Beef mince is cooked add the soya, Parsley and pepper. Allow to simmer for 5 min.
3.Portion the mince mixture into individual containers and cover with puff pastry. 4.Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
5.Place in the oven for 40min or until golden brown
