Preparation
1.Heat the oil and brown the onions until soft for around 2 to 5 minutes.
2.Add the sausage to the onions and fry until brown on each side for 5 minutes
3.Add the tomato pronto, water, jikelele mix or fine foods spice and sugar to the wors and mix through and allow to cook on a medium heat for at least 20 minutes.
Pap:
1.To make the Pap: Bring the water and salt to the boil.
2.Add the oil and the Iwisa pap and mix will together and allow too cook for 30 minutes on a low heat.
3.Make sure the heat is low to prevent the pap from sticking a burning to the pot.
4.Portion the pap and wors and serve.
