  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
10.00gROBERTSONS Italian Herb Seasoning 6 x 200g

400.00gPepper, red
4.00gKNORR Chicken Stock Granules 2 x 4.5kg 
850.00gKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
180.00gBlack olives
30.00gBasil, fresh

Preparation

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and Italian herb and brown in batches for 4-5 minutes.
3. Return all the chicken to the pan and add the sliced onion and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add the wine, Knorr chicken stock, Knorr tomato pronto and olives and bring to the boil.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
6. Remove the lid, stir and simmer for a further 30 minutes uncovered.
7. Adjust seasoning and add a bit of sugar if neede. Sprinkle with shredded basil.
