3.00gROBERTSONS Thyme 6 x 250g 
2.00gROBERTSONS Parsley 6 x 150g 
5.00gKNORR Chicken Stock Granules 2 x 4.5kg 
250.00mlWater
250.00mlWine, white
160.00gKNORR Classic White Sauce with Roux 
1.00lMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
  Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Saute the chopped onions in oil and melted Marvello until soft and glazed.
2. Add the cubed chicken breasts, garlic and herb seasoning, thyme and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and saute.
4 Mix together the Meadowland Classique, basic white sauce powder, white wine, chicken stock made up with 250ml water as per instructions and addto the chicken mixture.
5. Allow to simmer and cook through for 5-10 minutes for flavours to improve.
6. Correct the seasoning if necessary.
7. Remove from heat and serve.
