Chicken Kofta with Curry Sauce

25.00gROBERTSONS Coatings - Chicken 6 x 1kg 
5.00mlROBERTSONS Atlantic Sea Salt 6 x 1kg 
1.00mlROBERTSONS Black Pepper 6 x 800g 
15.00mlCoriander, fresh (Cilantro) chopped
  Korma Sauce
250.00mlKNORR Tomato Pronto 6 x 2kg 
15.00gROBERTSONS Mild 'n Spicy Rajah 
25.00mlYoghurt, plain
100.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L

15.00mlCoriander, fresh (Cilantro) chopped

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients together for kofta’s
2. Wet hands and shape mince into balls ( bite size)
3. Place in greased casserole dish
4. To make curry sauce: in a pot fry spice add pronto.
5. Add remainer of ingredients, and mix together
6. Pour over chicken balls
7. Bake in oven at 180 C for 20 mins
8. Serve with jasmine rice or roti
