15.00mlCoriander, fresh (Cilantro) chopped
  Korma Sauce
250.00mlKnorr Korma sauce 6x2L
25.00mlYoghurt, plain
100.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L
125.00mlWater
15.00mlCoriander, fresh (Cilantro) chopped

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients together for kofta’s
2. Wet hands and shape mince into balls ( bite size)
3. Place in greased casserole dish
4. To make kormas sauce: Mix all ingredients together
5. Pour over chicken balls
6. Bake in oven at 180 C for 20 mins
7. Serve with jasmine rice or roti
