Cappuccino Coffee Creme Brulee

Preparation
1. Bring to the boil half the cream, coffee granules and Cappuccino milkshake syrup.
2. Mix together powder and 500ml cream and vanilla essence.
3. Add the powder mix to the boiled cream and allow too thicken and simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and allow to set in the refridgerator for 1 to 2 hours.
