Strawberry Gateau

Preparation
1. Mix togetherall the ingredients except for the boudoir biscuits, extra strawberry sauce and white chocolate curls.
2. Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture is well cmbined and has thickened.
3. Take a 24-25cm spring form tin and start layering the base with boudior biscuits drizzled with 50ml of strawberry sauce followed by the strawberry mousse mix.
4. Repeat the process ending off with the strawberry mousse mixture.
5. Smooth the top of the cake with a pellate knife.
6. Allow to set for 2-4 hours before garnishing with strawberry sauce and white chocolate curls.
