White Chocolate Creme Brulee

1.20lMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
5.00mlVanilla extract / essence

Preparation

1. Bring 700ml of cream to the boil and white chocolate.
2. Mix together powder and 500ml cream and vanilla essence.
3. Add the powder mix to the boiled cream and allow to thicken and simmer for 2-4 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and allow to set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
