Super Moist Chocolate Mayo Cake

100.00mlHELLMANN'S Tangy Reduced Oil Mayonnaise 4 x 2.5kg 
5.00mlVanilla extract / essence
600.00mlSugar
750.00mlFlour, white
150.00mlCocoa powder
30.00mlBaking powder
5.00pcEgg white (35g)

Preparation

1. Beat egg yolks, warm water, margarine, mayonnaise, sugar and vanilla essence together until yellow and thick.
2. Fold in flour cocoa powder and baking powder.
4. Beat egg whites to the soft peak stage then fold them into the mixture.
5. Pour into cake tin greased with margarine.
6. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
7. Ice with chocolate butter icing or any other topping of your choice.
