Nectarine Brule' Shots

| 500.00 | g | nectarines - ( 3no)peeled and blended |
| 8.00 | ml | ROBERTSONS Mixed Spice 6 x 800g |
Preparation
1 Bring 750ml of the meadowland cream to the boil
2 Add the rest of the meadowland to the crème Brulee powder and mix
3 Once the cream mixture is boiling add the powdered mixture and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
4 Stir in the blended nectarine and mixed spice
5 Pour into large shot glasses and refrigerate until set.
6 Garnish
Caramelized nectarine or pineapple slices
