125.00gCARTE D'OR Crème Brûlée 6x1kg 
500.00gnectarines - ( 3no)peeled and blended
8.00mlROBERTSONS Mixed Spice 6 x 800g 

Preparation

1 Bring 750ml of the meadowland cream to the boil

2 Add the rest of the meadowland to the crème Brulee powder and mix

3 Once the cream mixture is boiling add the powdered mixture and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.

4 Stir in the blended nectarine and mixed spice

5 Pour into large shot glasses and refrigerate until set.

6 Garnish
Caramelized nectarine or pineapple slices
