Nectarine and Roasted Red Pepper Chutney

| 250.00 | g | Sultana raisins |
| 10.00 | g | Garlic, crushed |

Preparation
1.Heat olive oil in large pot. Add onions and fry till soft and translucent..Add vinegar and sugar and reduce by half.
2.Add nectarine, Pronto, raisins, ginger, garlic, salt, All spice, and Cayenne pepper.
3. Cook over low heat till thick stirring occasionally.
4. Add roasted chopped peppers, Knorr Red Pepper seasoning and simmer for2 minutes.
5. Decant and leave to cool.
6. Place in clean jars and store in refrigerator.
