Preparation

Tequila Sunrise
1.Prepare tiramisu powder and cheesecake powder with yoghurt, meadowland classique and sauce
2.Place tequila soaked apricot half in bottom of martini glass. Pipe fridge cake mixture on top. Smooth. Allow setting.
3.Pour a thin layer of the passion fruit sauce to finish
Wild Berry Daiquiri
1.Prepare cheesecake and tiramisu with yoghurt and meadowland classique
2.Place rum soaked strawberry half in bottom of martini glass. Pipe fridge cake mixture on top. Smooth. Allow setting.
3.Pour a thin layer of the wild berry sauce to finish
Coffee
1.Preparetiramisu and cheesecake mix with meadowland and yoghurt as per instruction on the box, using natural yoghurt. Stir in the concentrated coffee and frangelico
2.Place Hazelnut in bottom of martini glass. Pipe fridge cake mixture on top. Smooth. Allow setting.
3.Pour a thin layer of the choclate sauce to finish
