Light Chocolate Frozen Dessert

  Fat free plain yoghurt (175ml)
  Canderel Milk Chocolate Bar,grated (30g)
350.00mlMilk, fresh -Fat Free
125.00gCARTE D'OR Chocolate Instant Dessert 1 x 3kg 

Preparation

Recipe Yield : 1.5lt
Equipment : Food mixer, grater
Serving/Portion size : 125ml x 12 servings
Prepartion time : 15 minutes
Setting time : 3-4 hours in freezer

Method

1. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper and spray lighly with
spray and cook.
2. Place cold milk into mixing bowl and add Carte D'Or Instant Chocolate Dessert.
3. Whisk with ball whisk for 5 minutes on high speed until mousse
light and fluffy, as per pack instructions.
4. Fold in grated chocolate and plain yoghurt.
5. Pour into mould and leave to set in freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
6. Slice and serve with fresh fruit or use a ice cream scoop to
make balls.
7. Place in a serving dish and garnish with a mint sprig.

Variation: Use Carte D'Or Instant Strawberry Dessert and make a strawberry frozen dessert
