Light Strawberry Cheesecake

| Carte D'Or Light Strawberry Jelly (50g) | ||
| Boiling Water (250ml) | ||
| Fat Free smooth Cottage cheese (250ml) | ||
| Lemon, Rind and Juice (x1) | ||
| Carte D'Or Reduced Sugar Instant Strawberry Dessert (100g) | ||
| Low fat milk, cold (250ml) |
Preparation
Recipe Yield : 23cm ring tin
Equipment : Food mixer, grater
Serving/Portion size : 12 servings
Preparation time : 20 mintues
Setting time : 3 hours in fridge
METHOD
1. Make up Carte D'Or Light Strawberry Jelly as per pack
instructions (50g powder to 250ml water). Leave to cool
completely
2. BISCUIT BASE: Mix Marvello Full Fat Margarine and crushed
biscuits together. Lightly press into ring tin and place in the
fridge to set
3. Whip Carte D'Or Reduced Sugar Instant Strawberry Dessert
and milk in a food mixer, as per pack instructions
4. Add cold jelly, cottage cheese, lemon juice and rind to instant
dessert and fold through gently
5. Sppon over biscuit base and leave to set in the fridge
6. Unmould and decorate with slices of fresh strawberries and a
mint sprig
