Brandied Cranberry Nut Brownies

Preparation
1.Heat brandy in a pot, remove from the heat and add the cranberries, allow to soak for 30 minutes
2.Chop the nuts roughly
3.Mix the brownie mix according to the instruction on the box
4.Add the soaked cranberries and nuts and place in a pre prepared container suitable for baking.
5.Bake in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes (170C) remove once done, and pour the chocolate brandy Ganache over
6.Chocolate brandy Ganache:
7.Melt 200g dark chocolate, 200ml meadowland and 50 ml brandy. Allow to cool slightly.
8.Pour over the brownies once cooked
9.Decorate with crushed pistachio nuts
