250.00mlMEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L 
250.00mlMilk, fresh
1.00pcOranges , zested and, squeezed

Preparation

1. In a pot bring the milk, orange zest and juice to the boil
2. Take pot off the heat, add Pannacotta powder and stir till dissolved
3. Add the cold Meadowland Classique and stir
4. strain the mixture through a sieve
5. Pour into moulds and refridgerate till fully set
6.Remove from mould, place on plate and garnish
