Apple Malva

| 80.00 | ml | CARTE D'OR Toffee Sauce 6 x 2L |
| 250.00 | ml | Water |
| 200.00 | g | CARTE D’OR Multi-purpose Hot Pudding Mix |
| 5.00 | ml | Vinegar, white wine |
| 100.00 | ml | Milk |
| 250.00 | ml | MEADOWLAND Classique 10 x 1L |
| 50.00 | g | MARVELLO Full Fat Margerine |
Preparation
1.Peel and Slice the apples. In a pot, place the sliced apples, toffee sauce and water and boil for 5 minutes
2.Drain and reserve the liquid.
3.In a mixing bowl, place the Hot pudding mix, milk and vinegar in and beat for 4 minutes.
4.Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray. Place the cooked apples on top and place in a oven at 170̊C.
5.Cook till golden brown and cooked through +- 15 minutes
6.In a pot bring the Meadowland Classique, Marvello and the reserved liquid to the boil.
7.Pour mixture over the hot dessert and leave to absorb in oven with oven turned off.
8.Cut into 8 portions once cooled
