  350 g Cake Flour
15.00mlBaking powder
225.00gCheese, Cheddar , grated
  5 spring onion ,finely chopped
3.00gRobertsons Smoky Brown Chilli
5.00gKnorr Roasted Onion & Garlic
100.00gKNORR Thick Vegetable Soup 4 x 27L 
10.00mlParsley, fresh ,chopped
15.00gPepperdews ,diced
  10 ml Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil
450.00mlMilk
  2 Eggs

Preparation

1.Preheat oven at 180 C. Grease a loaf tin
2.Sift the flour, baking powder, smoky brown chilli spice, roasted onion & garlic seasoning granules & soup powder into a bowl.
3.Add grated cheese, reserving a little to put on top of the loaf.
4.Whisk together oil, milk, eggs, chopped chives & parsley.
5.Make a well in center of flour and pour in milk mixture and mix together.
6.place in loaf tin, sprinkle top with grated cheese and pinch of smoky
brown chilli seasoning.
7.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until well risen, golden brown and firm to touch. Test with skewer
8.make 4 small loaves bake for 20 mins.
