Preparation
1.Poach chicken fillets in chicken bouillon and water
2.Remove chicken and discard water, shred chicken
3.Mix together chicken, onion, Mrs balls chutney, mayonnaise, parsley, seasoning
4.Butter bread with marvello margarine
5.Assemble sandwich with cucumber, chicken mayo and rocket.
6. Repeat layers
7. Cut sandwich and serve.
