For the Fried Rice:

  • 500g Rice (cooked)
  • Green peas, frozen 30 g
  • Carrots 30 g
  • Chicken, breast (boneless and skinless) 60 g
  • 5g Garlic (chopped (optional))
  • 100g Onions (cut Chinese style)
  • Oil (for cooking)

For the Omelettes:

  • Eggs, large (class A) 8 pc
  • Salt (for seasoning)
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Onions, spring 20 g
  1. For the Fried Rice:

    • Heat a 15 ml oil in a pan/ flattop and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and carrots and sauté till cooked.
    • Add peas and cooked rice and mix well. Season with Knorr Soya Sauce, Knorr Tomato Pronto and Knorr Aromat to taste. Stir until heated through, set aside.
  2. For the Omelettes:

    • Lightly beat eggs and milk and season with a pinch of salt.
    • Heat pan/ flattop with 15 ml oil. Pour (80 ml) eggs and swirl or spread to make a thin omelette.
    • Place rice mixture (80 g) in the center of the omelette and spread a little.
    • Fold the edges into an envelope shape, make sure to overlap the parcel a bit. Carefully flip the omelette onto a serving plate. Drizzle Knorr Hollandaise Sauce and freshly chopped spring onion to garnish.
