Preparation

  1. Lemon Mayonnaise:

    • Combine the Hellmann's Tangy Mayonnaise, lemon juice and rind together.
  2. Burger:

    • Slice the chicken breasts through the centre, so that the cooking time is decreased. Season on both sides with Robertsons Chicken Spice and grill on a preheated flat top grill until cooked through - keep hot.
    • Build the burger in the following order: bottom bun, lemon mayonnaise, lettuce, sundried tomatoes, avocado, grilled chicken, Knorr Professional Peri-Peri Sauce and toasted top bun. Serve with freshly cooked sweet potato chips sprinkled with Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning.
  3. Chef's Tip:

    • To give an extra depth to your burger, flame grill the chicken breasts.
