  • Knorr Professional White Roux Granules 750 g 15.0 g

Chicken drumsticks made even crispier with a special Knorr rub. Baked with green, red and yellow peppers and a touch of lemon, this is a spectacularly delicious dish!

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
    • Mix 40g Knorr Chicken Stock Granules with 15 ml oil and rub the chicken drumsticks. Place the drumsticks on a roasting tray and bake for 10 min until browned.
    • Add 80ggreen pepper, 80g yellow pepper, 80g red pepper, 12g Knorr Aromat,600ml water, l160g lemon quarters, and 3 bay leaves (except for the Knorr White Roux Granules and the parsley) to the chicken. Reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 30 min.
    • Add the 15g Knorr White Roux Granules and bake for 5 min.
    • Remove the bay leaves and lemon quarters and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  2. Chef's Tip:

    • When roasting the drumsticks, turn after 5 min to ensure even golden colour is achieved.
    • Protein option: Chicken thighs or fish can also be used.
