Italian inspired meatballs served with a warm herbed mash and tender roasted vegetables, the perfect wholesome meal for winter.



  1. Step 1

    Baked Meatballs:
    1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
    2.  In a bowl, mix the beef mince, bread crumbs, onions and eggs well. Roll into 90 g balls.
    3. Place the balls on a lightly oiled baking tray and bake for 15 – 20 min. Serve with Knorr Professional Brown Sauce Base.
    4. Make a slurry with 100 ml of water and the Knorr Professional Brown Sauce Base. Bring the rest of the water to the boil and then add the slurry. Simmer for 1 – 2 min.
    5. Pour the gravy over the meatballs when packing.
  2. Step 2

    Herbed Mash:
    1. In a pot, bring the water, milk, Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and the butter to the boil, then switch off the heat.
    2. Whisk the Knorr Professional Mash Flakes quickly into the hot liquid and leave it to stand for 1 min.
    3. Stir once more and serve.
  3. Step 3

    Roast Vegetables:
    1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
    2. Place the vegetables on a baking tray and sprinkle with Robertsons Veggie Seasoning and butter.
    3. Roast in the oven for 10 – 15 min depending on the size of the vegetables.

    Use 80% beef and 20% soya mince to reduce cost.
