Beef Patty:


To Assemble:

  • Basil pesto 60.0 g
  • Mozarella (grated) 80.0 g
  • 60g Pancetta (1 Slice Per Serving, Fry Crispy)
  • 80g Cherry Tomatoes (Oven Roasted)
  • 60g Frisee Lettuce


  1. Beef Patty:

    • In a bowl, mix together the beef mince, diced onion, chopped parsley, Knorr Professional Beef Stock Granules, Robertsons Steak and Chops Spice, dried breadcrumbs and egg.
    • Divide into 4 portions and shape into burger patties.
    • Heat a pan with oil and fry the burger patties on both sides at a medium heat.
  2. Dressing:

    • In a bowl, mix together the Hellmann's Original Mayonnaiseand balsamic vinegar.
    • Slice the 4 burger buns open and toast.

  4. Place the basil pesto on the base of the burger with the beef patty.

  5. Top the burger with mozzarella, crispy pancetta, balsamic mayonnaise, roasted cherry tomatoes and frisee lettuce.
