Char-grilled Honey & Paprika Glazed Steak
Sweet flavours from the honey and paprika together with meat, work well for our palates in this simple dish. Serve with Seasonal Roasted Vegetables.
Chargrilled Honey & Paprika Glazed Steak:15
- In a bowl, combine Robertsons spices, olive oil and chutney.
- Place the steak in a bowl and massage the mixture into the steak.
- On a hot griddle pan, seal the steak on both sides and transfer to a hot oven and cook until correct degree.
- Baste with pan juices and allow to rest before serving.
- Serve with dehydrated vegetable crisps and oven roasted seasonal vegetables
- Can be used for steaks, lamb, pork and chicken grills.
