    • In a bowl, combine Robertsons spices, olive oil and chutney.
    • Place the steak in a bowl and massage the mixture into the steak.
    • On a hot griddle pan, seal the steak on both sides and transfer to a hot oven and cook until correct degree.
    • Baste with pan juices and allow to rest before serving.

    • Serve with dehydrated vegetable crisps and oven roasted seasonal vegetables
    • Can be used for steaks, lamb, pork and chicken grills.
