  • 600g Top Side Beef Mince
  • Onions 111.0 g
  • Garlic, crushed 30.0 g
  • Pinch Of Sugar
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • Thyme sprigs, fresh 2.0 pc
  • Oil 30.0 ml

Salsa

  • Beans, Red Kidney 80.0 g
  • 80g Sweet Corn Kernels
  • Tomatoes 53.0 g
  • Onions, red 56.0 g
  • Coriander, fresh, chopped for garnish 7.0 g
  • seasoning (salt+pepper)

Preparation

  1. Burger Patty

    • Sauté onion with garlic and sugar in warm oil until transparent. Cool down.
    • Mix all ingredients and shape into 4 patties.
    • Chargrill until preferred.
  2. Salsa

    • Finely chop tomatoes and onion.
    • Add all remaining ingredients in a bowl andtogether with the chopped onion and tomato and mix.
    • Season to taste.
  3. Assemble Burger

    • Layer Bun with the Mayo, top with Patty, fresh salsa and fresh lettuce of your choice
    • Garnishwith PeaMicro-herbs.
