  • Lettuce leaves (washed and roughly chopped) 200 g
  • Tomato (sliced) 500 g
  • 160 g Cheese slices (10 in total)
  • Nacho chips (crushed) 250 g
  • 10 ea Hamburger rolls


  1. Preparation:

    • For the chicken patties: cut the chicken breasts down the centre, but not all the way through. Flatten the breasts with the palm of your hand, season with Robertsons Chicken Spice on both sides and fry in the oil in a pan until cooked.
    • For the sweet potato fries: deep fry the fries until crisp and drain them on a roller towel to soak up extra oil. Sprinkle Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning over the top.
    • Mix together the Hellmann's Tangy Mayonnaise and Knorr Hamburger Sauce to make a sauce for the burger.
    • On one side of the roll, place all the hamburger toppings (tomato, cheese slice and nacho chips), and then one chicken patty and top with sauce. Put the other half of the roll on top.
    • Place the burger and a portion of the sweet potato fries into a divided container.
    • Seal, label and serve.
