  • Parsley (finely chopped) 30.0 g
  1. Step 1

    • Heat the oil in a pot and add the vegetable mix and chicken pieces, fry for 2 min stirring occasionally.
  2. Step 2

    • Whisk the cold water and Knorr Professional Chicken Soup together and add to the vegetable mix and bring to the boil. Reduce to a medium simmer and cook for 30 min. Add the pasta and stir through. Keep on stirring to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot for about 15 min or until the pasta is soft and cooked.
  3. Step 3

    • Stir through the parsley, remove from the heat and serve in grab-and-go containers.
  4. Chefs Tip

    • Remove the pasta and replace with barley at step 1 and create a Chicken, Vegetable and Barley Soup.
