Chicken Feet:


  1. Chicken Feet:

    • In a pot place the chicken feet , cubed potatoes, sliced onions, green chillies, pepper , aromat and Rajah except the roast onion gravy, mix well.
    • Add the water to just cover the chicken feet and bring to boil then simmer.
    • Cook for 45 min stirring occasionally then make a slurry with the Roast onion gravy and a little water, add to the boiling broth to thicken. Cook for a further 5 min making sure not to overcook the potatoes.
  2. Tip:

    • Serve with pap or dumpling with Chakalaka or spinach.
    • Reduce the amount of chillies for less heat.
