Chutney Sauce:

  • Olive oil 10.0 ml
  • Onions 222.0 g
  • Red chillies 2.0 pc
  • Fine Foods Fruit Chutney 4x3kg 60.0 g
  • Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise 60.0 ml
  1. Chutney Sauce:

    • Heat oven to 200C/180C . Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the onion, garlic and chili for a few minutes until softened. Stir in the Fine Food’s Chutney, Worcestershire sauce and the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise. Taste and season.
  2. Chicken :

    • Arrange the chicken on a foil-lined baking tray and season with salt and pepper, spoon over the chutney mixture. Roast the chicken in the oven for 40-45 minutes until cooked through and sticky.
