Tartare Sauce:

  • Dijon mustard
  • Large pickles (freshly chopped) 100.0 g
  • Jalapeño (finely chopped) 100.0 g
  • Parsley (finely chopped) 30.0 g
  • Salted capers (rinsed, drained and finely chopped) 60.0 g
  • Dijon mustard 30.0 g


  • Burger buns 10.0 whole
  • Curly lettuce 50.0 g
  • Red onion(finely sliced) 110.0 g
  • Fries
  • White fish fillets 10.0 pc
  1. Tartare Sauce:

    • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (pickles, jalapeños, parsley, capers, Dijon mustard and Hellmann's Tangy Mayonnaise).
  2. Burger:

    • Deep fry the fish.
    • Grill the buns, place the tartare sauce on the buns, then place the lettuce, onion, fish, more tartare sauce, jalapeños and top bun. Serve with fries.
