Tartar Sauce:

  • 100g Large pickles (freshly chopped)
  • 3 Jalapenos (finely chopped)
  • 30g parsley (finely choppped)
  • 60g Salted capers (rinsed, drained and finely chopped)
  • Dijon mustard 30 g


  • 20 Small Battered Fish Fillets
  • 10 Brioche Buns
  • 50g Curly Lettuce
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 5 Fresh jalapenos (thinly sliced)
  • Beer Batered Fries
  1. Tartar Sauce:

    • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Burger:

    • Deep fry the fish.
    • Grill the buns, place the tartar sauce on the buns, then place the lettuce, onion, fish, more tartar sauce, jalapenos and top bun. Serve with beer battered fries.
