Rice and Assemble:

  • Rice, white(uncooked weight) 500 g
  • Mixed seasonal vegetables, frozen 250 g
  1. Chicken:

    12 minutes
    • Mix the Knorr Lemon & Herb Marinade and the water together.
    • Pour over cubed chicken and allow to marinate for a ½ hour.
    • Cook in the oven at 180°C for ± 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Sauce:

    • Sauté onions in the pan with butter.
    • Once cooked, add the Knorr Tomato Pronto and garlic and ginger and cooked chicken.
    • Add the Knorr Chicken Stock Granules.
  3. Rice and Assemble:

    • Cook the rice in boiling water with Robertsons Turmeric.
    • Once cooked, strain and add the tomato lemon chicken the frozen mixed vegetables.
    • Adjust seasoning as required.
  4. Step it Up:

    • Add prawns or a pinch of chilli, cayenne pepper and ginger to spice things up!
