  • 1.50kg Chicken Breasts
  • 10 Panini burger buns
  • 200g Oak lettuce
  • Sundried tomatoes 100 g
  • 500g Avocado (diced)
  • Sweet Potato Chips
  1. Mayonnaise:

    • Combine the Hellmanns' Original Mayonnaise, lemon juice, and rind together.
  2. Burger:

    • Slice the chicken breasts through the centre, so that the cooking time is decreased. Grill on a preheated flat top grill until cooked through - keep hot.
    • Slice the buns through the centre and toast until golden- keep hot.
    • Build the burger in the following order- bottom bun, lemon mayo, lettuce, sundried tomatoes, avocado, grilled chicken, Knorr Peri Peri Sauce andtoasted top bun. Serve with freshly cooked sweet potato chips.
