Preparation

  1. Method

    • Pulled Pork: Rub pork with oil and season with salt and hours until crackling is crispy and meat falling apart. Allow to cool, shred the pork and mix with Fine Foods Barbecue Sauce.
    • Bread: Grill bread rolls
    • Eggs: Fry eggs sunny side up.
    • To Serve: Place lettuce on roll, top with shredded pork mix, fried egg, pork crackling, and garnish with sliced spring onions and pour over Knorr Professional Hollandaise Sauce.
