Method:

  • 1.5 kg Chicken portions
  • Hellmann's Tangy Mayonnaise 2.5kg

  • Garlic (crushed) 20 g
  • Rosemary (fresh, finely chopped) 15 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock Granules

  • Parmesan cheese (grated) 125 g

Preparation

  1. Method:

    • Pre-heat oven to 150 °C.
    • Mix all marinade ingredients together and spread evenly on the chicken pieces. Let rest for 1 hour.
    • Place on baking tray and roast the chicken in the oven for 45 min to an hour.
  2. Chef's Note:

    Chicken can be parboiled, rubbed with marinade and grilled on an open flame braai. The marinade can also be used on pork.
