Roast Parmesan Chicken Mayo
Roasted chicken pieces in a marinade made of Hellmann’s Tangy Mayonnaise makes them tender, moist and delicious!
- Pre-heat oven to 150 °C.
- Mix all marinade ingredients together and spread evenly on the chicken pieces. Let rest for 1 hour.
- Place on baking tray and roast the chicken in the oven for 45 min to an hour.
Chef's Note:Chicken can be parboiled, rubbed with marinade and grilled on an open flame braai. The marinade can also be used on pork.
