  • Knorr Peri-Peri Extension* 500 ml

  1. Method:

    • Preheat oven to 180˚C. In a bowl mix the oil, Robertsons Peri-Peri Spice, salt, pepper and marinade the chicken pieces for 30 minutes.
    • In a roasting pan, place the chicken quarters and baste with any remaining marinade. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
    • Remove from oven and pour over Knorr Peri-Peri extension*, coat each chicken quarter. Place back in oven for a further 5 – 10 minutes to heat through or until fully cooked.
