  2. Pre-heat the oil in a deep fat-fryer to 170 ⁰C.
      In a bowl, mix Knorr Original Chicken Breading, breadcrumbs and sesame seeds together.
    • Dip the aubergine slices into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breading mixture.
    • Deep fry until golden brown. Remove and place on kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.
    • Make up Knorr Professional Cheese Sauce Powder as per packaging instructions.
    • Place slices of the aubergine schnitzel on a plate.
    • Pour the cheese sauce over and serve.
    • Chef's Tip:

      • Substitute the aubergines with large brown mushrooms.
